Need help w/ decision
I currently own a 03 Mustang GT...its pretty well modded...its putting out 721rwhp and 315rwtq....I'm gonna b trading it in for something else as I want something else w/ a little more "creature comforts" my mustang is fast but rough around the edges...I recentlt raced and acura tl type s on the streets the other day I did beat it but when the guy asked me to pull over to c what I had done to my car we started talking and he told me what he had done (a full exhaust CAI and chip)...anyway I was amazed that u can do work on these cars to up the performance as I had no idea...so my question is how fwhp can u get out of a tl ...b/c for my next car I'd still like to do some modding on it...thanks in advance
Dunno caball88... If it's a manual I'd say yes, but if it's a auto the tq converter will only allow so much tq before it catches, by the time the tq converter catches up the GT had already shifted resulting in a lower tq number - this is why manuals are preferred. Eitherway, I'd be interested in seeing what mods are avail for the TL myself as far as proformance goes.
That thing must rev to about 12000 rpm to get hp/tq numbers like that.
If he was really hooking up that kind of power, any TL (even with exhaust, CAI, and chip) would have been left in a different hemisphere with no chance to catch up and chat.

Holy dyslexia batman...
Allmotor has a turbo on his CL running I think 7 pounds of boost...
Anything is possible but it's hard to put it down to the ground with front drive...
Salut
