My TL is about go out of warranty and I have one issue I have yet to resolve.

It is the power steering whining noise that comes around when I startup the car in humid/cold weather. The sound goes away after driving for awhile but it is LOUD!

There is a TSB on it but I cant get to it, even using the method that is posted in the TSB thread.

Following the access instructions posted, I can open TBS 07-060 no problem.

If you're able to open other TSB's (i.e. you properly followed the access instructions), then there is some other issue that is effecting you but not everyone else.

I'm telling you my experience...I tried once without the instructions, and the 2nd time I did the instructions and the PDF downloaded for me.

its something on your user end. not faulting you for not doing the instructions, but maybe your computer.

 

Have you tried clearing your cache?

u need a new browser

 

If you are using firefox and you open up the TSB before doing the workaround it will have the same result where if you open that specific tsb even after doing the workaround it still will give access denied (or what ever that error message is).

At that point either do a cache clear or use IE or Chrome.
