need help with foglights!!

i just got new foglight bulbs for my 05 TL, and was wondering how and the hell do I remove the bulbs? they wont come out at all!!

thanks. it was a bitch to get them out. the bulbs i put in suck, they are silverstar 4900k or something, i hate them they are not as bright/blue as id like. any suggestions?
