I believe there are two of them, correct? Service manual says 12x1.25mm thread. It does not list the length unfortunately.

Im going to have to call the dealer bc I cant find them anywhere. Yes there are 2 of them.

If you look in the service manual in the section for the oil pan, it says these 2 bolts are 10x1.25mm but no length

If you check the service manual in the section for removing the transmission, it says these 2 bolts are 12x1.25mm but no length.

WTF

^check the manual on page 7-28

then check 14-218

those 2 procedures are referring to the same bolts correct?

are you saying bolt 28 from the diagram above? thats listed as (6X50) though

heres a number 10 bolt inside the hole. Its clearly not big enough for the hole. A number 12 bolt would definitely fit better. Still searching for the length. Anyone want to pull one off there car and measure for me?

see if that "6X50" bolt (#28) that you should have already fits.

Part #17 ? This is the closest thing that I can find.

Look in the sub-component section called "ALTERNATOR BRACKET" (click here)

Regarding the diameter fitting in the hole. The pic with your finger looks correct. I think a 12mm would be too snug. It in normal for Honda to have large holes. There are probably pilot pins in the case used for proper alignment. The bolts normally are not meant to provide alignment.

Inaccurate to the rescue. Thank you.

Part number 17 is a 10x55. But part number 19 is a 12x80....and the service manual says in the oil pan section that it is a size 10. But the trans removal section says a size 12 lol

I guess ill be buying 4 bolts then
