the stock factory clutch is made by LUK.

you can grab the clutch and fly wheel from the dealer.
however; you can find them cheaper else where.
I bought my factory clutch from oemacuraparts.com

alas; i have learned that you can find it cheaper on ebay.
search for LUK 08-047

Would a clutch from an 08 TL-S fit? The part numbers are different but I can't imagine the parts are all that different. I have a lightly used set (68k on it) that I would be happy to sell you really cheap. It would include the flywheel, pressure plate, and clutch plate; I don't have the throwout bearing.

Can anyone comment on fitment?

Just search for the part number on Google. You will save hundreds opposed to buying them through a dealership or even a Acura OEM vendor on here.

This thread is worth reading before purchasing your clutch:

Doesnt matter.
the clutch is a wear and tear item.
if some one is wearing and tearing the shit out of it; it will go in less than 5k miles.
if the clutch is properly operated; it will last the life time of the vehicle.
