NBP TL-S, what color for calipers?

I want to paint the brembos and the rear calipers as well. my TL-S is black on black. what colors do you folks recommend? im experienced in painting calipers so that is not an issue. just need help deciding what color to paint them?

im thinking:

-bright silver with black writing for the fronts
-gold with black writing on the fronts

any other ideas? red would stand out too much IMO. i dont knoe, im having a hard time deciding.

anyone have pics of their black TLs with brembos that are painted a different color?

Gold is pretty 80's.

I'd personally go with red, but I'd make it a very dark, pretty much blood red.

blue compliments the NBP paint very well, i'm going with a darker metallic-ish blue

hmm maybe the darker red would be fitting.

why would gold be 80's? thats what the 350z's and STI's come with?

Yellow would be sweet, especially with stock TLS wheels. Or any gun metal wheels

Just about any color would go good with NBP. Same with WDP. How about burnt orange?

Are you planning on doing a different color on the front and back?

I've never seen this done. It sounds to me as if it would look cheap. Does anyone have pictures of a car with this done?

Edit: I suck at reading. Just noticed the orginal post gave two options for the fronts not one for each the front and back. In that case my vote is for a brighter silver with black lettering. I like the clean factory look

I really like the black calipers on my car.
its classy, yet people know that there is some serious stopping power.
I'm thinking about painting my rears to match.

was seriously thinking this same thing about a 6 months ago, but i do believe the black is just too perfect. Plus, the last thing you want is the paint to start chipping, peeling off and it begins to looks cheap and like crap. Stock is Sick when it comes to the Brembos.

PICS PLEEZ!!! I am converting to a BBK, but having touble with what color looks best with AM. I know black would look good with any color, but I would prefer to have something that pops.

Should'a been more precise: Gold accent on black is 80's. Not to say it looks bad, but some might say it looks dated.

Maybe because of how many colors I changed to on my 97 accord...but I'm generally against painting calipers in this day and Age. I think a baby metallic blue (like the blue on the rotora calipers) look good on NBP...red is out for me, I've seen the gold look pretty good...but it also depends on the theme of your car. I keep coming back to leaving it nice glossy black stock, the way it is.
