are the two lower grills on the front of your type s painted NBP to match the car from the factory or are they just the black plastic? my car is going into the shop tomorrow to get repaired from a wreck and im adding an 07 TL-S front end. body shop asked if they were painted too, i think they are just left the black plastic from the factory but want to be sure...thx

The grill inserts in my WDP are black. I think they all are. But perhaps someone with a NBP will chime in to verify.

The middle strip is satin silver, separate trim part in the lower piece. The trim piece is black raw plastic on all colors, not painted. All these parts come from Acura ready to be installed.

i think they are all black in color. but i need to clarify if they are the flat black colored plastic or are they painted the same as the car with NBP and clear...

Only part that is chrome is the outer part and the middle strip. Everything else is paintes like a very dark grey.

they aren't even painted. that's pretty much how they come out of the molds. they're made of abs plastic so they hold up pretty well, no real need for paint. U should take the opportunity to do a different mesh if you can, maybe aluminum?
