So today I finally decided to tear apart my dash console to get the serial number off the navigation unit since I didn't have it. Btw, I managed to get a new Navigation disc for my 03 TL-S. But anywho, I called Acura Client Services and they gave me the navi code for that particular serial number, and it didn't work. So he told me to get the serial number of the navigation's dvd drive in the trunk, and it generated a 5 digit code. I've tried using the beginning and end of the 5 digit code, but the navi wont take it. What do I do now?!?

I think you're in the wrong forum since you said your disk is for an 03 TL.

I bought a remanufactured unit for an 04-06 and the code that came with it and is only 4 digits.
