My turn to hit the big 100k milestone

2007 TL-S, 100k miles and running strong.

Car for the most part has been completely livable and wonderful to drive long distances. The engine feels like it's just getting broken in, and now that I'm officially out of warranty it's time to do some modding (after I get my 105k service out of the way first )

I expect this car to last well into the 200k+ range. The only thing I'm concerned about is the transmission, but so far it's in pretty good shape and shifts well since I swapped out the pressure sensor switches and switched to Amsoil ATF. Probably will do the Redline racing fluid during the next ATF swap. Still averaging about 23mpg mixed and 27+ on the highway!

Thanks everyone! What's really weird (for those of you who know me personally) is that I NEVER keep a car for longer than a year. I've had like 5 or 6 cars in the past 4 years. This car is one of the few that has really kept my attention and kept my car ADD at bay haha. It just does everything it's supposed to do very well, and my only big gripe of it having less power than I'd like is easily fixable with a couple of bolt-ons here shortly

The only other thing it's missing IMO is ventilated seats. If it had that, it would be pretty much my 100% ideal commuter car.

I'm in sales and I do an exorbitant amount of driving for work. On average anywhere from 65-150 miles a day. My average oil change schedule is about once every 2 months. I just accepted a new job over the weekend that will make most of my travel by air and I will get a car allowance to help out with the maintenance bills...so hopefully I won't hit 200k as quickly as I hit 100k

Congrats. You sure do a lot of driving. I'm just about at 91k in my 04. I've already done the T-belt service in my car. 200K is no problem for these car's. My goal is 500k.

400K is my goal for both of my TLs. My junky old 92 accord made it to 400K with very few issues, so hopefully these cars should get there too with equal care.

wow, 100K on an 07.

I've got an 04 Pilot with 98K and my 06 TL has 25K.

I used to be the same way, hated most cars within 2 yrs. Until I switched to Honda.

My goal is to keep this thing, do a few mild mods and use it as my commuter car. Once it's paid off I'd like to pick up a new project car (C6 Z06?, etc.) so I can get back to my car ADD again.
