My TL pics with bra & debadging
Car looks great! I like the hood bra only, the main bra I would only use on longer road trips.
Mike Smeezy,
PS. How do you load photos, I could never get my photos to go, something about the size of the photo #### x #### too big or some $hit.

the whole pkg looks sweet casooner90!
- where'd you get the bra from?
- is it made by acura?
- are you satisfied w/ the fit?
i'm interested in getting one for my TL - the bug splats that result from driving the I-5 can be brutal to the front end!

Thanks for the comments / suggestions and compliments. The car bra is for the road I drive on (lots of trucks). The bra is from sunnyside acura (http://www.acuraparts247.com/sunnyside/jsp/home.jsp). The Zaino does come through and the gloss is looking pretty good. Thanks all for the feedback.
The bra is for daily commute on a road frequently used by trucks. The bra will save many rock chips. I seriously doubt that the 3M clear bra will provide the kind of protection I'll get with this bra. Besides, the bra look is matter of personal taste - I happen to think it works on black. I do take it off when I'm in town and never, never wash the car with the bra on. One more thing, frequent coats of wax will insure that the bra will not have an opportunity to rub paint. Added bonus from the bra - reduces infared signature returns (call it radar absorbing - aka F-117 nighthawk).
Yes,
Only put the bra on before a long trip. Do not leave it on your car for more than a couple days duration.
Even if it is very tight it will still collect road debris that can be harmful to your paint.
The cars paint will start to fade and the paint that is under the bra will not.

Absolutely Beautiful.
Im my opinion, bra's like that really *ss up a car (it's not the 90's anymore), but I fully understand your reasoning for doing it for long trips. Makes perfect sence to me, I just hope it doesn't mess up your paint some how (sand/grit get under it and start rubbing on the paint). If I were you, I'd get a clear bra... rocks can always come up on you.. even on short trips. In any case, I can definately respect that fact that you choose that bra with a logical reason in mind and not just because you thought 'it's a pretty option'.

With just a couple of uses, the bra left a series of fine scratches on my Black Passat. Took it off and never used it again.

Dude.. Ditch the bra! Expecially on a black car. It will rub dull spots into you paint. Its even worst when the bra gets wet.
