Nice! The bumper/hood gap between the driver's side headlight and grille is a teensy bit big, but after all you've been through, it's not worth it IMO.

Their quote is for Fill, Sand, Feather, and Blend. No idea what that means... but yeah. Seemed a little crazy of a price.
An adjuster called and said that I need to take it over to Accurate for a chance to fix their mistakes. I'd like to not go over there, meet the adjuster over at the other shop, and go from there.

REMEMBER - ERIE is NOT your insurance company, it is theirs.
YOU pick what to do to your car, not them.
I would have pushed for dimished value at the start and pushed for them to just buy the sucker. (which you can do now in certain states by the way, as long as you did not sign the release yet!)
The insurance companies wanted all this carfax protection, they now have it and it is coming back to bite them in the arse.
You hit my car, you bought it sucker... is my opinion now.
Not sure where you are with it now thougt...

Thanks for getting back. Reason I ask is that I am switching sizes...
I have the A=specs in the 8.5" wheel width (I believe they have 8" also, not 100% sure...)
So, I started out with the Falken 512's in 235/40-18 (the ones with the curbrash guard and more of a summer tread than the 912's....
Put them on and the sidewalls angled in at a very large angle. Did some checking and while Falken said they were right, Discount Tire (in talking to them) said 245/40-18. Then did some more research and I saw some feedback that this was a common note - the tread seemed to be much narrower than it should. In the end - the curb rash protectors were worthless, and the wheel stood out...
SO, Discount Tire came through and let me return the tires for 100% credit! They were great, and really stepped up because I had them for a long time unmounted, sat on the decision for a while, and let me tell you - they are awesome in the end. One of the delay was because a guy left and still had his voicemail up, and once I figured to call another contact, everything went forward...
SO, I have Falken 912's in the 245/40-18 on the way (.2 larger diameter, .3 wider). They checked and in their system, no interference (I was a little concerned about the front). I figure the 10% diameter will fix the slightly faster speedo and odo issue that Honda puts in their cars...!!!!)
I was not sure about the 912's but the feedback is better than the 512's, so we should be good to go.

Yeah so glad. I am still kinda pissed that they never replaced the actuator in the passenger side mirror and I'm not quite sure if I should just go ahead and buy one myself and not deal with them anymore or go over there and have them replace it.

That's absurd. Sorry to hear about that but mine are totally fine. My buddy runs a tire shop and he's very well known in this area and he says that these Falkens are the best bang for the buck. I'd say he's a little more trustworthy than some 18 year old kid on a forum. Sorry bout your luck.

I've had Falkens on a few cars, and they are fine - on BMW's and Mustangs.
There were a number of people that said the 512's wore quickly and my brother had issue with them, but many people out there (not you or my brother...) have screwed up alignments and blame the tires

I hate to admit, but I'm running them on an 04 7545Li I have... They handle great. I have a sweeping (about 1/3 - 1/2 mile) long high speed turn I get to hit every morning on my way to work... NIIIICE>...
