All of the items should be replaced under warranty; but honestly you can't talk smack about an entire car brand if the dealership is the one that's at fault; Acura didn't put the clothes hook on backards.
The only items I see that might be from the factory are the moonroof motor, leather problem, and exhaust tip paint. The rest sounds like crappy service from a dealer and they need to get their act together.

I just got back from Open Road Acura on Route 23 and guess what? "The leather is supposed to do that." WTF. Also, "the exhaust tips are supposed to do that," but they "can paint it for me if I want." Screw this crap! I've given up on Acura. I guess when my side bolster falls off Acura will finally realize that the leather isn't supposed to do that. Now what the hell should I do?
After all this, I'd have to be crazy in order to buy another Acura. The TL attracted me to Acura and if my experience with Acura had been a good one I would have probably considered the new RL or the new MDX as my next vehicle, but Acura doesn't know how to treat their customers right, so I'll be moving on to another brand. Good job Acura! Way to keep your customers.

Vehicle: 2007 Acura TL w/ Navigation
Date of Purchase: December 23, 2006
Miles: 1,600
Initial Vehicle Problems:
1. Paint peeling from both exhaust tips.
2. Paint peeling from the pipe connecting the driver's side exhaust tip to the driver's side muffler.
3. Moonroof doesn't open/tilt.
I waited at the dealership for four hours on Thursday, due to the lack of loaners, so that the above problems could be addressed. After waiting for four hours, I'm told that I would have to come back Tuesday because they don't have the parts to fix my moonroof. I said, "OK" and walked out to my vehicle. To my horror I noticed the following.
Problems After I Took The Vehicle In To Have The Above Fixed:
1. Rear seat leather looks like it had been ripped and repaired.
2. Numerous long scratches on the roof of my vehicle.
3. Numerous long scratches near the rear door on the driver’s side.
4. Scratch on my trunk.
5. Scratches in the wood accents on the center console.
6. The C-pillar enclosure on the inside of my vehicle was dangling off and wasn’t put back into place.
7. The cloth covering the C-pillar enclosure on the inside of my vehicle had been ripped and there were loose strands of cloth hanging off.
8. Vehicle was dirty on the inside.
9. The exhaust problems weren't even fixed yet.
I was shocked that they actually had the nerve to return my vehicle in the condition described above so I wrote the dealership and ACS a letter. My new vehicle experience is totally ruined. I babied my TL so much and in a single day it went to hell due to the lack of care on the part of the technicians. My dad is going to tell them to buy the TL back or replace it with a new one because this is ridiculous. My vehicle can never be "new" like it was before the dealership took it and messed it all up. What should I say to the Senior Manager?
P.S. - Sorry for the long post.
