Was my car previously painted by previous owner?
Hey guys just wanted to know because Ive seen some NBP in person and they seem more darker and more vivid looking, mine looks brighter and less unique. Im in CALI right now and I just saw a type-s and base tl tonight (both NBP) and the black color of those cars look far better than mine! Anyways just wondering if anyone does notice if mine was painted before (in the wrong color) and how to fix these scuffs and dings on my front bumper (best way and most efficient longlasting way + how much )

Check the vin numbers on all the parts (bumpers, doors, etc) to see if they match, get a CarFax, have a body shop take a look at the car as they will be able to give more info.
Only way to get ride of the scrapes, scratches, and the enormous amount of paint chips is to redo the bumper.

VIN = Vehicle Identification Number. "VIN number" is redundant. ![Thumbs Up](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
but, to second what he said, i definately suggest the same. good luck!

There are also some other ways to tell. On the TL, the easiest way is that you should have a vin sticker on every body panel. For example, pop the hood, and you should see the stickers on the two fenders, on the hood and maybe the front bumper (don't remember on the bumper).
