Dale, service manager at Spitzer Acura really helped me out today getting my bumper replaced. I have also heard GREAT things about him from my friend with an 02 rsx-S. I will be returning to him for MODS.

Thanks Dale.

Out of curiousity - why did you get your bumper replaced? Was it a paint match issue? because I am trying to get mine repainted because of a bad paint match job...
Thanks

Are you saying you pay $39 for an oil change? Or does that include other work?

Wow...just got back from Acura of Westchester (NY), and Johnny Lee, the service manager there is AWESOME. He agreed to repaint my bumper because he agreed it was a pretty bad paint match. Also -he agreed to a loaner even though I didn't purchase the car there, and that would be against their normal policy.
After my woes with Paragon Acura is queens, it's night to see a luxury car dealer that acts that way...I highly recommend Acura of Westchester.

This is the first I have heard of a dealer having a policy of not providing a loaner if you did not purchase the vehicle from that dealer. I was under the impression we could obtain a free loaner at any Acura dealer. Can anyone confirm that? Thanks.

There was a default on my Bumper. a protrusion emiting from the interior of the bumper, through the skin of it. verys light bump, but it stretched the paint around it, making the almost impossible to feel bump, much more visible at the correct angle.

Acura offered to swap my bumper for a bumper on any other new TL on the lot.

It sounds high to me since I pay $24 plus tax at the dealer for an oil change and Honda filter.

Are you by any chance being charged for synthetic oil? If that is the case, I understand why you are paying a premium.
