My '05 is home!
Well .. after two years of ownership of the TSX, my thirst to get back in to a V-6 has been fulfilled ![Big Grin](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I picked up a SSM/Quartz/Non-Navi/6MT today and I am on cloud nine. This car is better in every way (ok - maybe not tossability) than my TSX and certainly brings back memories of my '01 CL-S.
Of all the things I just love the:
).
In fact ... maybe I should sneak out now and make a midnight run and test out the bi-xenons

P.S. Look out ... there's a new mega mod in 3rd gen who will be lurking as an owner

Of all the things I just love the:
- Power - anywhere anytime, 6MT gearing is excellent to put the 270HP down to the ground
- Stereo - unreal ... XM or DVD-A/CD ... all good options
- Size - perfect for me as I needed something bigger than TSX, but still able to corner and not feel boat-like - Acura delivered
- 6MT - cluth and shift linkage so far feels better than the TSX (this is a huge feat IMHO since the TSX is top notch itself)
- Quartz leather - this was a surprise move for me as I have always been a SSM/Ebony person, but the quartz is cooler by a long shot and I really like the blend of black dash, carbon fiber, grey seats/carpet, etc.
- Smoothness - Another thing I missed in te TSX, this car really does a good job of cabin isolation
- Bluetooth - I take TONS of conf calls from my car ... this was a HUGE selling point for me and can't wait to make heavy use of it
- Seek buttons on stereo - too small
- Where is the sunglasses holder?
- Minimal storage in the center console vs. TSX
- Rear trunk closure seems awkward and seems to require a pretty hard slam to get closed
- Ummm ... that's all so far

Welcome... ![Big Grin](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
It's good to have you on board, who truly drove CLS/TSX for a long period of time and knew well about CLS/TSX. Hope to see you enjoy your new TL as much as TSX.

Welcome also.
The sunglasses holders are in the door pockets, and are as useless as you know what. Too hard to get at, not big enough to hold the glasses in their case and without the case they rattle around. I don't remember, but if you had the sunglass holder in the roof in your TSX, you will surely miss it.
Smoothness and power are the two things that really do it for me. Everyone here knows what I am talking about, and you are learning fast.

TL'ers don't get too attached to provench, he won't be around very long. ![Big Grin](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Pro, congrats man I hope you enjoy the TL. I know exactly what you mean by thirst for a V6. Maybe I'll look into a TL as well in a few years, when the SH-AWD version is released
Hope you come visit us lowly TSX'ers from time to time.
All the best
