Multifunction Display (MID) Not Working?

Hey guys
i changed my oil at 2500 miles and followed the manual's instructions to reset the oil life back to 100% but it's been 320 miles and it still reads 100%...?? This can't be right, it has to at least be at 98-99%.

does anyone else have an issue with this? my odo and other sensors seem to be working right...

Our MID does not go down like you stated....

it starts at 100% then goes to 90% then 80% then 70% then 60% then 50% then 40% then 30% then 20% then 15% then 10%

Hope this helps you to ease your CONCERN

AS TL1999 says, the MID oil life decreases in 10% increments down to 20% remaining life, then switches to 5% increments.

However, your oil life might not move to 90% for another 300-400 miles depending on how you drive- the oil will last a lot more than 3K miles (about 5K-7.5K, in my TL).
