Hi so I'm wanting to either straight pipe my rears or replace the mufflers with magnaflow. I'm aware that the exhaust shop has to weld the stock tips when I change the rear mufflers so my question is, Can I just choose different tips like Borla or Silverline so the shop can weld them?

 

You can weld any tip on that you want, but how they will look would be your choice.
