I did a couple of runs 2 days ago with a bunch of cars. All runs were from a dig to the middle or top of 3rd gear. First one was a new Evo MR, I got him off the line and maintained a 1.5 car length lead until we slowed down. I had 2 200lb guys in the car besides me Next up was a new C300, I decided to keep it somewhat fair and put someone in my car to add weight... still got him by 4+ cars. Lastly, an 06 G35x who claimed we would "tie" because we had the same car lost by 5+ car lengths. He even left on the first honk and got a one car lead!

I have all of these on video but I cant post them because I agreed not to. (license plates in the vids) I can, however, send them to a mod to confirm the outcomes. Be safe and have fun out there everyone

He is 5AT. Nice kills man. I'm very surprised you took the Evo, especially from a dig and with 400lbs extra in your car. Seems like the Evo driver was new to his car because he should've pulled you with that extra weight. Good runs nonetheless and a win is a win.

 

Stock EVO's just keep getting slower with each new generation. But regardless, they're hit and miss when it comes to proper launches, so I'm not surprised here.

 

0-60 in 4.9 and a 3.5 1/4th mile. i dont think its slow for a stock car and idk how OP won lol but regardless its a win.

^lol ... Yes I'm 5AT. The evo ran me twice. I still got him off the line but he began to reel me in near 4th. I'll post the vid of the G. The dude doesn't care.

Only this vid is on YouTube. The dude didn't have his brake lights on he was flooring it lol and my G has a couple of bolt ons that probably gave me ~30 hp if I'm lucky.
