Moonroof Visor

Moonroof Visor
I am considering getting the moonroof visor in order to reduce wind noise. Does anyone know why the 2004 is twice as much as the moonroof visor of prior years?

I don't know...
My car came with it...it was on the car when I bought it off thelot.. I really didn't want it at first, but I left it on after noticing a lot of cars seem to have this....
It does cut the noise down a lot... I'm going to leave it on.

Thanks. I guess I will just bite the bullet and get it regardless of price. I would like less wind noise for sure. The NAV has a hard enough time understanding my slurred speech. And $100 for a piece of plastic? You can't beat that!

I would not get one again. I put one on my last TL (01) and it put a slight indentation in the paint. Also, the new TL has a an air spoiler which retracts when the moonroof is closed

Don't need it
Stock deflector on the 04 moonroof works great.
The add-on sticks way up and looks hokey, IMHO. After a coupla years these things will start to lift around the edges and the plastic oxidizes and gets brittle.
