Moleskin officially failed

After a year, my moleskin finally left a scratch on my tint. Just thought I would let you guys know who were considering it. Oh well..Sucks It is pretty deep too. Dont know why all of a sudden it happened.

Both my front tinted windows are pretty scratched up.
It doesn't bother me much, but I just wonder how easy it is to remove the tint when it comes time to sell the car..

What causes the scratches, the inside of the door or just bumping up against it ? Thanks.

^ Dirt/gunk caught in the rubber wipers could scratch the tint.

What works better than moleskins is a regular regimen of cleaning the inside of your windows and wiping the strip inside the window area at that time. Unfortunately I am horrible at creating a regular regimen of absolutely anything.

I hate to say it, but it's almost too much trouble to consider tinting this car. I've never read so many posts about scratched tint. What a bummer.

Sigh.....stock, it is.

My tint is scratched up also. Doesn't really bother me since I rarely drive the car anyway.
