Does anyone know the part number for the Mobil One oil filter that fits the 2006 Acura TL. The Mobil web site doesn't list any applications. Thanks. Steve

Sorry if I was posting wrong. I posted to what seemed to be the best choice in the third gen. menu. I'll post to 3G garage in the future.

PEP Boys tells me the M-104, but concensus says it is really the M-110 and the M-104 is fatter and shorter than the factory filter, but works, the M-110 looks the same size as the factory filter and works, I suspect Pep Boys was using old data from the older TL or something.

Autozone lists the 104 for 2004 and the 110 for 05-06.

Do you know why they changed for the '05/'06 models? I've noticed that most acuras and hondas are using the smaller filter (i only know the pennzoil part #'s) instead of the larger one on the older models.

Thanks for the replies. I put on the Mobil 110 filter last week. Holding it next to the standard filter it's the same size (and hopefully better quality).

I don't know why they changed. I'm pretty sure the 2005 book at Autozone listed the 104 for both 04-05 model years. Now they have their 2006 book, and it says use the 110 for 05 & 06. Thats why I'm searching other threads to see what people are using. I thought everyone was using the 104 Mobil 1 for our cars.
