MMade22 spots MMade22's car a year later...
Sup Fellas? Some of you know me from about a year back when I sold my 2005 Acura TL with 215k on the clock. I miss my TL and my Acurazine site friends along the way. This site is a great source of info and I was happy I had it along the way. I wish other enthusiast sites (Lexus) had a site this well layed out with informative threads.
Anyway, I was up in Martinsville, VA for work and was driving to the industrial area when I saw it...... My 2005 Acura TL! I pulled over and took a few pictures. She still looks good but is missing my custom bumper
TL and the GS....
Miss the car and miss the good guys on AZ. BTW: The GS with 46k last year hit 100K today. To think.....if I kept the TL, it would have had 270,000 miles. Holy Crap! I called the owner and he said she is still all original with 227,000 miles on the clock. Pretty Sweet!

I ran into my 04 TSX last week. First time I saw it since trading it in. As it turns out, the guy that owned it was the 3rd owner, I was the 1st. It still looked pretty much like my old ride except for some funky trunk spoiler, it was huge. I didn't have my camera to take any pics. Neat to see the old ride and that it was still looking pretty good at 140k miles.

Sweet!! At least you know she's being well cared for! That's a beautiful TL and gives me lots of hope that my baby will last me a LONG time still.
I had to sell my first ever mod-project car on the fly. I sold her to a kid fresh out of HS, just went into the Navy. He couldn't even drive it - had his friend test drive it and pick it up for him.
I HATED letting him take it, but he had the cash and never once asked me to drop the price. She's probably a hot mess by now.
So...it's nice to see that your hard work was not in vain. She looks well maintained!

As long as we're sharing stories... A few months ago I ran into the guy that I sold my old 98 Accord Coupe to at Chipotle. It was one of those, "wait, I know you from somewhere" moments and it took a minute to remember why. He said the car was still treating him well and I got to take a look at it on my way out of Chipotle. Still looked the same as when I sold it. It was nice to see that my old car was still doing well and hadn't been destroyed by its new owner.

Since we're sharing stories ^^ , i sometimes see my 93 accord and my 96 accord driving around the town. Both cars was slammed. Its like a tingly feeling when you see them lol.

Haha. You must not know me and what I have done to that TL. I can show you twenty things that says it's my car. Look at the calipers and then look up my DIY on caliper painting. The one of many.
Miss you Steven and the rest of the acurazine crew who I talked with on a daily basis.
