Anyone notice that the mirrors seem to move around depending on what gear you are in? Sometimes its the driver's side and sometimes the passenger side.

 

I don't see it happening on my car. What kind of movement are you talking about? Tilt up/down?

One of my mirrors I've appointed will tilt down when I shift to R or slowly bypass R position.

 

They shouldn't be constantly moving around. It sounds like something is loose.

When going in reverse one has the choice of having the right or left side mirror tilt down- great help.

 

I love having the mirrors tilt down in reverse! Just wish there were a way to make them both do it at the same time ....

 

OK -- maybe I am only noticing them move when I am in R. How can you choose whether it's the left or right side mirror that moves? And what is the purpose of moving when in R?

 

mirror switch to left ,. left mirror tilts . tilt down to let you see curbs so you dont destroy tries & wheels, if mirror switch in middle., no tilt of either mirror. to echo other boards RTFM. LOL read the f manual.
