Miles past Main Minder

How far have you driven past "service due now" on MainMinder?

I had my B1 minder up for a few days now. Time for oil change and tire rotation. But oil is still at <15%, so I think I can go a little longer before actually changing the oil. I guess it depends on what is needed.

I've driven 2500 miles past it.

It wasn't an important service (checking suspension components, oil change, tire rotation, etc). I just got lazy and didn't reset it myself for awhile haha.

I think you *could* drive as far as you want past the reminder, not that I'd recommend that.

Personally, I've never gotten to the "Service Due Now" message. I've got my stuff done while the "Service Due Soon" message was up.

ok, u just didn't re-set..

I have driven a couple hundred miles past the "Past Due" msg on my '07...

Prior, I had been changing my oil between 9k - 12k on my 01 tl and had over 200k+ on it, never had any problems.

I heard about ppl running 10k+ miles with synthetic oil. With your regular oil i wouldnt recommend more than 7k

I'm running synthetic and usually go another 1000 miles after the "due now" lights up.
