Just curious, I didnt notice or think to ask does the tl have a fuel range computer i.e. a max range or what your current fuel rate is thanks for your time

I believe rescueswimmer doesn't have 04TL yet, he's still thinking...


Yes, 04TL has the simple trip computer in MID. It will show avg MPG, avg MPH, driving time, and miles to empty, etc...

If you're looking for further more, you will see more fuel and mpg info inside the Navi Diagnosis Screen (which only exists in Navi model).

 

thanks for the info. the salesman wasnt sure about the feature, Im still in the process of shopping for the best deal. He "" me 33,395 + tax for an auto w navi. I didnt really have to bargain with him I gave him that number and he came back and said ok. Now when the time comes to it I have a couple of dealers I have to go to and theyll have to beat the price once they wont go any lower then I have to go back and forth on who is going to give me the most goodies for the tl.

 

Sounds like a decent price. I'd be a little concerned, though, with a salesman that is unsure about such a basic feature on the TL's MID.

 

wanst to worried about it. I just wanted some time with the car and after reading everything I could from you guys Im pretty sure I knew more about the car than him. It was nice having him as a salesman he was real laid back and wasnt pushy he let me do what ever I wanted. He asked me are you going to buy today I told him no and he was like thats cool anything else you want to drive or look at. Heres my card go find your best deal and Ill beat it. or atleast match it.
