Ok, per 05TLTony, I have done my lower grilles. I still have to do final touches, but I would consider them pretty much done. I will post pictures when I will be done with the project.

I want to do the MAIN UPPER GRILLE now.

MY QUESTION IS: Do I have to remove the bumper to take that grille off. I took the face off the top and it looks like all the screws to get to that grille are in the back and there is no way to get to them without removing the bumper. Anyone has any experience with it?

How hard is it to remove the bumper?

You have to remove the bumper to remove the grille. I have read it is not too hard to remove the bumper, but you definitely need a helper, and sometimes you have to pull pretty hard, but it will come off.

I managed to remove the inner grille part (part marked as A without removing the bumper. It was hard, but it is done. I will be working on the mesh grille later on.
