Menu settings -- background color?

Menu settings -- background color?
Has anyone futzed with the "background color" option on page 3 of the settings menu? There are several choices (blue, grey, amber, red), but I cant figure out what color it is referring to, since no matter what color I select, I cant detect any changes anywhere....

I think its retarded. The color prefrence is the subtle color in the background of the volume indicator and some text. If you look REALLY closely you can see a color diffrence by like a few shades when you adjust the volume.

Ha, this did bother me for a few days in the beginning... its color choice isn't what we think...Only Navi.
