Memory Seats Not Working (Again)
Less than 6 months ago I finally fixed the memory seats in my 2006 TL. I replaced both mirror actuators, and that did the trick.
Today I got my car back from AAMCO after having a new power steering pump and rack and pinion installed, and the memory seat buttons are back to dead.
I have done ALL of the troubleshooting I know how to do ok this one. It’s not the actuator, because that’s brand new. It’s not the wiring harness, because the mirror moves just fine. It’s not the #20 fuse, because wiper jets and auto dim mirror are working.
I dropped it off at aamco with them working and picked it up with them not. When I asked the mechanic about it he said to bring it back later this week, but if there’s something simple that I could do myself in the meantime, I’d like to just get it taken care of myself.

My 08 base had bad mirror actuators. Twice, the memory seats refused to work for a few days, but started back again. Wander mirror was annoying AF, dusabled the "seat check" each time when opening the drivers door.

there are many many threads regarding it and try the steps in there and you'll probably remedy your issue.
