Hi All, If you read my latest thread, you'll see what I'm going through. Anyway, I can't take my TL in to that shop anymore. It was horrible and not only did they not fix the problem with my TL, but they also caused a new one. I spoke to my extended warranty company and they will look into it and said I can take it to another place, however, if I take it to an Acura Dealer, I would be responsible for the diff in rates. For example, if acura charges 500, the warranty company will only pay a part of it and I would have to pay out of pocket for the rest.

Does anyone recommend a shop in NYC that I can take my car to? I would really appreciate it. If you're all curious about my new problem, whenever I brake, my car makes a squeeking noise in intervals.

Take your car to Acura of Manhattan. Seriously, at this point, I would not take my car anywhere else.

 

And when you get there, ask for Tony to work on your car. His brother Sal is the head mechanic.

Whatever you do, avoid Paragon in Queens and Acura of Brooklyn like the plague.
