Ok question, i have an 04 Tl and just ordered my aspec front lip. Should i have ordered the regular aspec lip for an 04 or should i have gotten the 07-08Type S aspec lip. Not sure if theres a difference but i was looking at some posts and saw that someone was asking about different year and model aspec lips. So i wasnt sure if i was suppose to upgrade to the 07-08 Type S. Someone please clarify.

 

tha type s lip doesnt fit your fine with the regular 04-06 kit

the 07-08 aspec front lip will fit fine... and I find it is more aggressive....

Any chance someone can post pics side by side so i can see the difference. And can you post a link to that thread search always sucks.

Can't remember exactly which page it's on but read eat from the beginning theres a lot of good info in it..

As explained to me by stillhere the main difference between all the bumpers is the curvature the have around the bottom where the 07-08's have the fog lights and where the 04-06 would have them if they were down below..
Maybe that helps..

 

I could not drive a Tl without the Aspec kit... it just sets it apart...
