Is Master Formula Metal Gloss the best?

From what I heard this is the best product on the market, but the thing is that you can't buy it in store, you will have to buy it over the internet. It is call Master Formula Metal Gloss. They sell it online for $15 with free shipping. The problem I'm having is that I am not sure if this product is safe enough to use. This product is use to make chrome or metal shines like glass. I was wondering if anyone out there tried this product. Please give me some feedback about this product. Also the best thing about this product is that the shine last for 6 months or even up to one year.

Here is the website:

Why wouldn't it be safe?

Simply apply a small amount onto a towel.
Rub the metal surface until it feels glassy and smooth. (All metals will release a black substance called "boxite").
There's no need to let it dry. Using a clean, dry cloth, simply wipe the surface clean. You will discover a beautiful high gloss!

@ "boxite".

I think they mean "bauxite" and I'd hope they'd know that if they're making a metal finishing product.
