Does Acura Link work even if you do not subscribe to XM?

Just got this car, and I want to know if the Maintence Minder messages will be sent to my Navi even if I do not subscribe to XM?

Anything else I need to do to make sure I get them?

 

best bet call up acura and see then you can always ask about any possible recalls and so on...

 

Yes AcuraLink works without XM just fine. And those message minders are inaccurate and pretty annoying
