It is possible, I have beaten M3's before too, not the 333hp models, no chance there, the model previous to that. Considering the guy has two posts and registered in May of this year, and thats all he said, this is a worthless and made up thread.

^ like I said. Depends on what kind of mods he has on the TL and what year was the M3.
The 2001 ~ 2006 M3 has -Power: 248 kW , 333 HP SAE @ 7,900 rpm; 262 ft lb , 355 Nm @ 4,900 rpm

while 1999 and previous had

Standard Engine 3.2L Horsepower 240 @ 6000 RPM 240 @ 6000 RPM
Torque (lb-ft) 236 @ 3800 RPM

It's possible.. I've raced previous M3 and M5 models... this is before BMW really put more umph into them.
