Anyone know how to remove the inserts in the lower bumper? Do i need to remove the whole bumper tp get them out?

I beleive you can remove them with them on the bumper, but theres either 4 or 6 clips holding them in place. I know there in each corner just a pain to reach.

When I had my bumper off I tried to remove them but in order to that I would have to remove the aspec lip. I don't think you have the Aspec kit so you should be fine...
