Looks like i got the guys at bimmerforums all riled up
LOL these guys think their 325 and 328s can take my TL-S. They say the 325 can run low 15s and a 328 runs high 14s, they must be smoking some of that german shit. These guys have a hard time admitting a jap sedan can hand them their ass at any given time. not to sound cocky or anything but ive done hwy runs with e36 m3s 330s 335 auto and e39 540s. ive had no issues pullin on them.

Some of those guys just can't seem to justify a reason why they overpaid for their bimmer. Tl is more classy, roomy, refined, and reliable than a 3 series. And tl is cheaper (comparably equipped) to boot

it that even possible..a TL-S pull on a m3..those things arent a joke. like 0-60 in mid 4s. i know for sure all the 3 series are crap against the TL-S but not the 335i. especially the auto. auto > manual in 335i. the auto is like a tenth of a second faster than the mt. how fast does your TL run 1/4?

i just finished reading the forum..i have basically the same mods as u..CAI, xs headers, i have pulley set tho. only thing im missing is the thermoblock and cat..it doesnt matter because u dont get much gain from those anyways..but there is no way my car can outrun a e36 my friends has a stock one and still killed me with all the mods. those things run mid 5s 0-60. and especially the 335i theres no way you can pull half car length on it that even if its a auto unless its not even racing you.

never ran it at the track. i ran a 335 on the hwy yesterday from a 60 roll and i pulled half a car we shut it off around a 100+. im sure off the line itll take me no problem. when i say m3 i mean the e36 (older) m3s not the e46 m3s with 333hp.

bro. i am not tryna push u down, but before u talk about numbers, go to the track and run that shit. I have faith in u, but man, those numbers are pretty hard to beleive considering it's an auto.. but i see you gotta shitload of mods to back it up but still, who knows what you are really running. Put it on the strip.

all the e36 m3s ive ran were from a slow roll. idk anyone with a m3 so i cant really set up a race from a dig. run ur buddy from a roll and see what happens

i kno ive been meaning to go but the season almost over (winters comin) if i dont go this year ill go in the spring. who knows by then i might have the blower on. what numbers are u talkin about? i never said i ran it in a certain time. a 2nd gen with all the bolt is in the low 14s is all i said. i kinda stretched the 07 numbers a bit lol oh well.
on a side note i jus beat a foxbody 5.0 with exhaust maybe more from a 40 roll

either way all im saying theres no way u can outrun the 335i no matter wut. thats just plain retarded because I am about to get one this week. i test drive that bad boy and theres no way a TL can outrun a 335i. a 335i runs 1/4 in low 13s stock. with just a procede a 335 runs mid 12s. im sure the 335i ur racing was just driving normal. those would pull few car lengths on my TL no problem

Dude if you run a 14.2, a TL type-S even with a 6M/T should not pull on you by 3-5 car lengths.
I find it hard to believe a Type-S is THAT much faster than you.

With his mods he should be able to run all bimmers except the 540 6spd and the 335i..If you ran the 335i the dude obviously didnt know what the hell he was doing. Oh yeah and of course the E46 M3
