Actually cutting the keys should be the easiest part and fastest. I may actually have help. One of the road techs that is familiar with the machine might be programming while I am cutting and then I will probably finish up the programming. However, I'll have to wait and see how everything pans out.

 

Hey, guys I got 2 keys in hand Mem1s. If anybody wants a key I will sell it to you at the meet.

 

I don't wanna derail this thread, but since we have a mini meet forming, I'm planning to fully leverage the captive audience and do a little garage cleanout. I'll be bringing a few things to barter/sale. I'd suggest if folks have TL stuff to liquidate, throw it in the trunk for some swap meet action. This'll give us somthing to do while waiting.

Things right off the bat that I plan to throw in the trunk
- Intire Wood trim interior. I paid $380 for replacement fake carbon fiber trim.
- 3 unopened quarts of GM Synchromesh. I went with Specialty Formulations MTL-P
- An entire "NIB" Magnaflow setup (2 mufflers, resonator, and Y section). I snaked a Comptech exhaust out of the Black Market, and need to get this out of my trunk.


I'll also bring some tools for any light modding that anyone may want to do.

 

Na good idea. I have some stuff I'm sure I can bring too. Think I have some AT fluid brand new from Honda 4 quarts I think. I also have a broadway mirror or 2 that I need to get rid of.

 

JDM, How are you going to do this?

First come first serve or fist come first serve based on the list here or...?

Just trying to figure out timing.

Yes I believe a first come first serve basis will work best. If anyone has any input though let me know.

 

We should set up a sign up sheet on site. I will bring a tabulated sheet on a clip board with sign-in time, name, and # of keys.

This is also crucial b/c if you've stepped out to grab a burrito or drop the 2, then we don't want to lose your spot on the list. And we know exactly who is next on the list.

I will be there fairly early. Regardless, the 1st group of ppl getting there should start this as to be fair to everyone.

 

I SAY 1/4 MILE DECIDES WHICH BADASS IS FIRST!!!

 

Good thing I'm not getting any keys done then. I'd be first... lol j/k
