The threads in C-004 deal with the oil and oil filter change; F-129 and and F-130 deal with the engine and cabin air filter changes.
I found a YouTube video on changing the 2005+ 3G TL cabin air filter to be very helpful; your 2004 TL might be somewhat less simple.
