Hello! Another one question from me, the answer to which thoiboi will find in 30 seconds using a search engine.
I am looking for a diagnostic tool. I found two variants:
1) Honda HDS HIM Diagnostic Tool for $100 - photo
2) Honda OBD2 Diagnostic Cable (Honda XHorse/J2534) for $15 - photo
Both can work with Honda HDS OEM diagnostic software.

So what the difference between these tools and what I will not be able to do with Honda XHorse/J2534 cable?
Now I am concerned about throttle adaptation and removing error codes from VSA controller.
