Seems like a hell of a lot of money for over 80k miles.

Price seems about right. My TL was $15K and some change and had 83K miles on it at the time...along with Nav, A-Spec, great condition, etc, etc. That's not a Type-S though. Looks like the guy just did a rear conversion or something. And if he did that, there's always a chance the car was rear-ended. Just something to think about, get a Carfax. If everything looks good then jump on it.

^That car he has listed is a CPO car, well, according to the listing.
I would take a look at the car, check CarFax, take it too Acura to get a $125 Pre-owned Inspection. Get that price lowered to 13-15k by telling him that it isn't a Type-S, he has mods on the car, and he has POS 19" wheels. And the fact that their is a 4G out (even though it is ugly as hell). If everything passes, buy it !

It's easier to get a TL with factory Navi (like the linked car), or to settle for an aftermarket TomTom, Nuvi, etc. otherwise.
BTW, the car you linked is a regular TL modded with a cold air intake and TL-S appearance parts. The cold air intake may make the car faster, but the 19" summer wheels/tires probably negate any additional horsepower.
Since it's a manual transmission, it will have the Brembos and stiffer anti-roll bar than the auto trans.

Thank guys for your inputs. really appreciate it. I dont think ill check the car out because it has too much miles.
So does all the manuals come with Brembo?

Yes, and they work pretty damn good too. Definitely go for the manual its one hell of a car to drive in a stick, the only problem is theyre pretty hard to find so it may take a little while to find the right one, but have persistance, once you get it, you'll be happy.
