Why not just wait until you buy the house. It might take you a couple of months to find a TL-S in excellent condition in the exact color combo you want anyways.

is there an incentive to do all your hard work or no? if not, cars.com has a whole list of them!

this thread is already full of awesome

if you're financing, you won't find a single dealer who won't do a credit check.

A credit check knocks your score by very little

if you want a house soon, i sure as hell wouldn't go out and ask for a 15K loan to get a car.. The credit check wouldn't be the ding on your credit report.. it'd be the new loan on it

wait until you buy your house to find a car

I just went through what you are. Everyone I talked to told me to not add any more debt to my name if I wanted to be approved for my home loan. A few weeks before I closed on my house I opened a Credit Card for work purposes only, to earn free travel points, and my loan officer called me almost instantly when it went live on my credit check just to make sure I didn't do anything otherwise I wouldn't have been approved. Buy the house then go buy your Ferrari!

2 comments here...
1. i agree with what folks are saying about waiting ( and yeah its not the credit check that dings ya its the actual note)
2. im not sure id want a TL from a "buy here pay here" place or no credit check place cuz it wont likely be in "excellent to near excellent condition" as you require

I still remember when my credit score was around the 690 ish, took awhile to reach the 700's with credit cards/car note paid on time. Only used for gas/grocery and balance paid off every month.

Will get approved for car or house but not at the best interest rates.

I waited to get the home and garage and then added TLS cherry on top! I patiently searched cars.com throughout my home purchase process and got a banging deal on a very well taken care of/low mileage/privately owned AT TL-S. Needless to say, it was worth the wait and I AND MY SONS EFFING LOVE IT GLuck!
