Do you notice any noise difference from the engine bay? I thought that was the purpose of the plastic... not really for cosmetics. Of course, one would be skeptical about how much plastic can really defer sound.

No differnce in noise what so ever. The deflectors on hood are still intact so I would say no wind comes in engine bay anyway.

hmmm....now that i think about it ......wind in the engine bay wouldnt exactly be a bad thing ......

Like flow thru venitlation ....considering how hot it gets under the hood .....

Let me see if i can find an example ....

Am I missing something here? He takes the plastic off the engine bay but LEAVES the butt ugly Dealer advertisement on his front bumper? Someone's got to help this kid get his priorities straight!

When you remove the plate bracket, remember to cover the holes with the plugs... but wait a minute, they are plastic too

oh, well, leave the holes there.
