A little help with replacement parts and maintenance

Feels good to be back in the forums

I bought a tl 08 with 44k miles a few days ago and the trunk release switch in the glove box is broken, anyone knows the replacement part and where I can get it? and while have that taken apart I will replace the filter as the car smells funky, will the filter from autozone do the job well?
What is the foot light bulb part number for the driver side?

Also I moved to Miami from NYC and I am not sure which oil viscosity I should use for the higher temps here in SFL. I think on my old 06 tl with 120kish miles I used 10W-30 Mob1 synthetic.

Thanks

The switch in the glove box is meant for security/valet, and disables the switch by the driver's knee. You dont use that to open the trunk.

Use the following link for the glove box trunk switch. It is part # 13

http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/...All&vinsrch=no

At the dealership in Delray Beach Florida, we use 5W20.

As for the filter, I would recommend the Acura OEM part, of course .

Almost forgot the footlight (only available as an assembly from Honda). See part 1:

No no lol. The switch is broken and I can't open the trunk with the button above the hood release thingy. I can only open it with the key. The link that delray provided does the job . Thanks guys.

Delray, how much is it for a replacement key for mem2? I only have 1 key.

Also, should I just use Acura oil or mob1 synthetic? I used to use mob1 synthetic on my old Acura tl.

I went to the dealer and got the key for $180, balanced for $45 and the foot lightning and trunk switch were covered under warranty.

Thanks for your responses.
