where can i get those caps that fill the spot for the liscene plate?........

 

You should have got 'em when you got your car. Sometimes the dealership will toss them in the glove box or the center console. Dealers will remove them when they install the front plate holder and 1) toss 'em or 2) throw in a bin somewhere in the bay and forger about them. I'd go see your salesperson and have him get them for you. You can also check with the parts guy and ask if they have any lying around.
