Limited mods on RRP TL

Hi Everyone
I just signed up on here after browsing and learning on AZ for the past year or so since I bought my TL. It's pretty exciting to read and see all the mod most of you have done but they all seem to look nice on your colors... but I'm at a loss when it comes to my car's color .. besides windows tints (that I needed mostly because of the light leather- and myself) I dunno where to start or what would even look nice on RRP ..
I saw a few RRPs on here and I must say they looked nice but compared to others I feel we are limited for what we can mod (again this is purely aesthetics - I'm sure mechanic wise it would be the same mods as anyone)..

What do you think ? Suggestions?

As soon as I am able to add photos I'll show mine

Thank you

I think this one looks stunning. Subtle yet still sporty. And the type-s tails compliment it perfectly!

Same stuff as other colors, get Aspec kit, a drop, get some nice wheels and your RRP will be looking great. Thats all you really need, I would also do the headlights, get some tint, and do some other small things as well.

First of all welcome!

Here's what I would do (not in any particular order)...

-Tint
-De-badge
-A-Spec kit
-Drop
-Cleared Headlights
-Type-S Taillights
-Type-S Rear Sidemarkers
-Colormatched Front Grill
-LED License Plate Lights

Of course there is more, but for exterior aesthetics, you can't go wrong with any combination of those things

Thanks bud

OP: A fellow Bostonian here; I had the same issue i.e. what mods to do to make the car a tad more attractive. Honestly I ended up with the RRP not cause of the fact that I liked the color but because the deal was too good to pass and I knew the guy who bought it brand new and knew how well he kept it.

Dont expect to do all the mods over night, take your time and go down a selected list of mods that you want to do over a given period.

Here is mine with the current mod list.

• ATLP base cat-back exhaust
• ATLP V1 J-pipe
• J-shift 3rd cat resonated test pipe
• Fujita CAI
• RV6 strut tower brace
• Tinted windows (35% in the front and 20% in the back)
• A-spec body kit
• Type S trunk lip spoiler
• Type S tail lights
• Type S rear side markers
• Custom Color-matched RRP headlights with real ZKW lenses, DOT step shields, 08+ bowls, Philips 85122+ bulbs and type S clear diffusers.
• Color-matched RRP front grille.
• Powdercoated gun-metal stock 17" wheels with almost new tires.

JnC, thanks and yes fellow Bostonish here
Your car looks wicked .. had to bookmark you a while ago and came back to check it out once in a while as a ref. lol
How do you get away with 20% in the back ? lol with my luck I'd get stopped in my driveway nevermind on the street
I meant to ask you and anyone used to snowy winters: did you drop your car with the body kit in place ?

I should add I actually liked the color when I saw it and the price was too good to pass for me too.. I saw a few RRPs surprisingly around the area

Redondo Red Pearl is an awesome color-enjoy!

Have JNC color key your headlights to the color of the car-you won't regret it. I really like the roof spoilers on TL's-JNC has one. He also has Legend wheels from RonJon. They look great, especially when you get Type S sidemarkers.

Your headlights have almost as many mods as your entire car

You can paint your rims to match your car and add some window visor
