Has anyone ever tried other tow hook mounts besides RHO that they were happy with?

i personally went with a godspeed because i'm a cheap ass..


the black color is no longer there..

you get what you pay for.

My car came with one, I'm not entirely sure what brand it is, but I like it over drilling holes into the bumper. My small piece of advice is, don't loose the tow hook bumper cap, it'll actually cost you a pretty penny to replace it.

 

Definitely^ the tow hook cap is like 75$ now painted from the dealer.


I bought mine on Amazon for 29.99. I think its IJDMTOY. Its alright, but sticks out a little farther than the RHO one, and i hate that it doesn't stay tight all the time. Sometimes my plate will be loose/crooked, had the same problem with the RHO plate one. Now they have a new one thats over $100 and supposedly doesn't get loose, but whose paying $100 for license plate mounts ?

 

Thread locker should help with loosening
