Letting the whine do the work

On my way to work some douche in a black new style mustang keeps rolling up and reving at me in traffic. i roll my window down, dude says something about lets get on highway and run. I hit the gas and as soon as he hears the blower whine, he rolls up his window and gets in the turn lane. Probaly knew bad things were about happen. The best thing about having stock exaust with the blower is you dont know I am revin at 4000 when you try to roll up and smoke me.

Thanks, I have yet to hit the track with the car. I am running a comptech blower and it is well worth the money. I am starting SCCA solo once I get some tires for the stock rims. It is so crazy I have to stay out of boost unless I have a lot of space in front of me.

You're running on a stock exhaust setup? So all you've got is a CTSC and whatelse?

Stock exhaust with the CTSC would be so badass, the ultimate sleeper.

Just the blower and a custom CAI I made. Too many people have got the bad hand just because they didn't see it comming. Lots of AMG's and mustangs don't realize they need to down shift until it is too late.

i think you should put on an electronic controlled exhaust cutout... all is quiet until you hit the line and then hit the button and it is like Dr Jekyl and My Hyde transforming...

I am just going to put the atlp quads and j-pipe on, the e-cutout is too crazy. i will end up getting arrested with a e-cutout. I kept the stock tail lights to add to the sleeperness. 90% of the Tl's out there are auto and base model,so most people think, I am going to teach this shitty little honda a lesson.

No, I live in San jose. I had the blower installed in Milpitas but that was a long time ago.

i figured you'd lose torque with the cut outs since you lose back pressure... no?

I think the blower wants very little restriction, but the cut outs are to crazy for me. Maybe a track setup if I do autocross. I am waiting for this ATLP cat back but $700 for a painted type-s bumper is killing me.
