I would love to have my fog lights on my 08 TL to match the same color as my head lights. I do not care how bright they are or anything, I just want the color to match up. Can this be done with LED's? Or can you only do it with HID's? And if only HID's, what strength? 6000k? Thanks guys

 

well have u switched your low beam bulbs to 6000k? if you havent, they are 4300k

 

You can do it with HIDs, Kaixen (?) or one of the group buy guys has the ability to let you choose the color output. Generally speaking, you're going to want to see what color output to expect at various K ratings as the hue differs somewhat from manufacturer to manufacturer.

LEDs are a crapshoot unless buying from a source that offers full traceability of the lot as the phosphorous content/purity may differ from lot-to-lot thereby making white a bitch to color match. I have been down [this] road too many times, save yourself the trouble and start hunting for the fog bulbs.
