What is everyone using to keep there LED boards in place? I was thinking about two sided tape? Do you think the tape will melt?

Thanks!

Tape shouldn't melt, as LED's really don't get hot like regular bulbs.

I have seen some posts suggesting styrofoam backing and mounting the boards on that. I tried with a styrofoam packing peanut, but the 2 sided tape would not stick well.
For the front map lights, I wound up using the separation in the metal reflector at the back of the housing (toward the front of the car) and wedging the base of the LED panel into the slot. I have the 30LED boards and they have held in place for several months now.

3M 2-sided foam tape. 6-LED boards in the front and rear domes and working fine.

In the front I actaully used 3 or 4 layers because the reflector is curved. The extra layers built up to help the board be roughly (not totally) parrallel to the lens.
