Leather seats

I have a 04 tl With the gray leather interior and it looks like the seats color is starting to fad. Has any one else had a problem with it?

I have the quartz interior too and there has been no fade. There were some wrinkles in the leather on the driver's side seat. I applied some Einszett Lederpflege and they seem to have gone away mostly.
