which lease deal would you go with

I talked to the internet sales lady of a local dealer earlier this evening concerning a 2006 TL with navi. She gave me the price of 32,280 incl. destination which is invoice. I consider this a good price for no haggle since I imagine most dealers wouldn't even let you get into their holdback amount.
She gave me these lease payments, all for 10k miles and only the fees of $1693 down.

27 months $445 + tax
36 months $474 + tax
42 months $443 + tax

She said Honda is currently running a special for the 27 month lease and that is why the payment for that is as low as it is.
I was previously only looking at the 36 month and was wondering if there were any positives or negatives to the 27 or 42. I am thinking about that 27 month one since the payments are cheaper than the 36 but I am worried there may be drawbacks to a short lease like that.
Thanks for any insight or input you folks can give me

What do the down payments / buyback look like for each of these options?

the down payment is only the fees which is $1693. I assume buyback means residual which is $21204 on the 36 month but not sure on the 27 and 42

Hey guys. Sorry to bump my thread but before I pull the trigger on a deal today I need your opinion on the length of the lease. Is 27 months too short. Is 42 months too long. I was originally thinking 36 months was good but the price of the 27 and 42 is better. I understand there are a number of reasons the 27 is a better deal but I am worried that after 27 months I will be sorry I couldn't keep the car longer and if I get the 42 will I be sorry I couldn't get into a newer TL sooner? If you could just give me your opinion on the actual length of 27 or 42 months. If the down payment and monthly payment are the same than I am not really concerned about residual value etc., just how long I will want to keep the car. Sorry for rambling. Help me decide please

Thanks

If the down payment is the same I'd say go with the 27 month lease. Then at the end of the lease you could get the 4th generation TL. Or buy the 06 at the end of the lease. My

Question to all lease specialists - Does it make sense to lease let's say for 3 yrs and then buy a car if one wants to keep it, or it is actually better to buy the car in a first place? Thanks

I would go with the 36 month lease to keep it under warranty. I would definitely buy it outright if you can. I paid a few grand more because I extended the lease and finally ended up buying it out. Just my

For the same money one should always go for the shortest lease. There will be a plenty of new and more attractive models in 27 months. I also sure that Acura will allow you to extend the lease for several month if you will need it.

Given the info provided I'd go with the shortest lease ya can. Not like you're losing your down any faster as there really is no down on either option. As far as lease vs buy it depends on the interest rate, if ya can deduct part of the car against income etc.

I'm thinking if youre making the same down payment no matter what-go with the 42 month lease, its a cheaper payment and the down payment is less (if you were to calculate it out per month)

Good move! usually the shorter term leases are only cheaper if you dump a considerable amount down... Enjoy the car!

I leased a WDP w/ navi '06 for $550 a month for 27 months, taxes included in payment, no money down, only first payment, dest charge and plate fees D.A.S. The dealership went through another finance company named HAAN financial. I am located in NY, and got my car at valley stream acura. If you call ask for a guy named steve, i think hes the sales manager, but very easy to work with, the price of the car was $400 over invoice .. didnt find that bad at all! BTW this is AT no other options but NAVI
